Yes, we sell discounted Early Bird and Weekend passes at Cherry Bomb Toys the month before the event. General Admission Tickets are only available at the event for $5 cash. Do not purchase from ticket scammers online.
Yes, we can have a line up to get into the event. We appreciate your patience if there is a line and will get you into the show as soon as possible.
Yes, you will need to wear your wristband inside the venue for the duration of the event. Attendees without a wristband may be asked to leave the show.
Your wristband allows you to leave and re-enter the venue. Please show your wristband at the door when coming back in.
For weekend pass holders: your wristband is waterproof and must remain on your wrist, intact, for the second day. We cannot accept wristbands that have been cut, ripped, removed, or tampered with. If your wristband is no longer intact, you will need to purchase a new admission to enter the show.
No, we do not allow people to come in and solicit our vendors or attendees by selling items or approaching them about other events. Our vendors have paid for a space to sell their wares and it is not fair to them. People caught doing this will be removed from the event. Please contact us about being a vendor if you want to sell.
You will be given a door prize ticket with a number when you come into the event. Every person is entered to win door prizes drawn throughout the day. If you dress up in costume/cosplay you get an extra entry. Door prize ticket numbers will be called out on the microphone and written on a white board by the entrance. Please check our Facebook and website after the show to see if you have won. Prizes can be picked up at the show or after the event at Cherry Bomb Toys.
Sorry to hear you lost something! Send us an email and we will let you know if we have it! If you are at the event you can come to the front area and ask one of the volunteers to check our lost and found. Any remaining items will be brought back to Cherry Bomb Toys and held for a month after the event.
Please bring any found items to the front by the silent auction and give it to one of the volunteers. We will add it to our Lost and Found. Thank you so much!!
There are stairs leading up to the main door of the Toy Fair but we do have a special accessibility entrance that you can access by going in the main entrance to Pearkes. There will be signs to guide you to it and a ramp up by the Pearkes front desk to get in to our event.
